When I came to MBM, I felt a bit stagnant with my training. I'd be doing it for for years and seeing no changes - yet going to the gym 5-6 days per week. I was in a yo-yo mindset with dieting and drinking alcohol. After working with Louis I feel I'm in the best shape I've been in for a long time with a better knowledge of diet and exercise, equipped with the tools I need to live a balanced, healthy and active lifestyle.

Louis’s support was invaluable- the ability to sense check how I was feeling about diet and workouts really helped me in staying on track.
Having suffered with eating disorders in the past, working on my mindset really helped me with progression, in the past that has been the biggest barrier, but working with Louis I feel like in a short amount of time, we made a lot of progress.
